About The Position
Domino's is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for shift activities, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Assistant Manager is expected to set a strong example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. The position offers experience and development toward becoming a General Manager, with opportunities for advancement and promotion from within. Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
