About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The role requires setting a strong example, following all company policies and procedures, and expecting the same from crew members. The position offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to advance to General Manager, with promotion from within emphasized. Assistants with proper experience earn $21 to $23 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
