About The Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a small franchise that employees 10-15 people so team building skills are a must for this position. In this job position, you will help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team. Your skills in inventory control and POS systems will enhance operational efficiency. You will have a focus on customer service and communication, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.

Requirements

  • 1 year Food Service Management required.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

  • Food Handlers Licenses preferred
  • Serve Safe preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew.
  • Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter.
  • Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards.
  • Kitchen maintenance. e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
  • Administrative duties. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store plus addition clerical and tasks, etc.
  • Help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management.
  • Utilize core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through skills in inventory control and POS systems.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests through a focus on customer service and communication.
