About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift, managing costs and profits, overseeing inventory, leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, building and mentoring the crew, managing documents, and promoting the business. You will also operate all equipment, manage ingredient stock, and take phone orders efficiently. The role emphasizes having fun while working and requires passion and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
