About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Assistant Manager for its 8544 Watson Rd location in St. Louis. The Assistant Manager helps lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive store performance. This role oversees day-to-day store operations and works with the Store Manager to meet performance targets and improve store metrics. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license and driving experience: 2 years if age 18, or 1 year if older, as stated in the posting.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service.
• Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics.
• Assist with financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
