About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role also performs Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, manages 3 to 15 employees during a scheduled shift, and helps ensure safe, courteous service and consistent products that meet Domino’s Pizza guidelines.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Must pass an MVR screening and criminal background check.
Punctuality and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Handle shift-level cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations.
Be punctual and serve as a positive role model and leader to customers and coworkers.
