About The Position

We are looking for future managers who want to manage their future. This role is for individuals who naturally take charge and ensure tasks are completed. Domino's is hiring for Assistant Managers, who will be the second in command of a million-dollar business and have the opportunity to grow into THE boss. This is a tough job that requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Domino's offers a fun and flexible work environment with valuable work experience. You will help Domino's be the best in pizza delivery. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example and must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location. This position requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.

Requirements
