About The Position
Paradise Pizza Inc, d.ba. Domino's, is a locally owned and operated company near the emerald coast in the panhandle of Florida, with over 30 years of experience. The company is seeking an Assistant Manager, also referred to as a store manager, to be the second in command of a million-dollar business with potential to grow into the primary managerial role. This position is part-time and hourly, requiring the individual to oversee all aspects of their shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role involves ensuring team safety, training, and culture, and leading by example while strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures. Training will be provided on the job for managing people and making pizzas. The role may require working at other nearby locations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of your shift
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Remove trash and perform other outside tasks
- Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
