Northern Tap House is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help lead one of the Best Darn Taphouses in the North. Managers at Northern Tap House create an atmosphere filled with energy, teamwork, and fun while ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. This role involves leading by example, coaching and developing the team, and driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence through proven systems and procedures.
