About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage all aspects of a store shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone and example for the store, requiring them to be highly engaged and effective at all times.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to motivate staff to be in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
High personal standards for punctuality, attitude, and appearance.
Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Oversee all store operations.
Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
Operate the cash register and process payments.
Prepare food products accurately and consistently according to recipes and procedures.
Deliver products to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Adhere to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
