About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager. This full-time restaurant management role supports the Store Manager in daily operations and offers a path to General Manager and beyond. Training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The position pays $17 per hour with growth potential and offers hourly pay plus bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
