The position requires working a minimum of 50 hours per week, motivating the crew, and assisting with hiring, terminations, promotions, and disciplinary actions. English comprehension skills are necessary for safety, job instructions, policy, and guest service. A ServSafe Manager certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
