About The Position

The Assistant Multi-Outlet Manager responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of Marketplace outlets, providing support and resources for staff, leadership, Team Member relations, and delivering quality product and guest service. The Assistant Multi-Outlet Manager must also assist in developing and implementing objectives in accordance with budgetary and service requirements, as well as establishing a working relationship with leased tenant outlets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years related food and beverage supervisory experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, project and time management skills, must be able to prioritize work under deadlines with a focus on quality and details.
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment; must possess a high level of professionalism and be comfortable addressing, anticipating, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Ability to handle a flexible schedule and work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  • Communicating clearly, professionally, and effectively in a fast-paced environment with all Marketplace outlets.
  • Analyzing staffing levels to properly forecast each outlet, ensuring budget targets and cost of sales are in line, and ensuring superior guest service standards are met.
  • Assigning work tasks and coordinating activities of outlet personnel to ensure prompt and courteous guest service.
  • Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by building relationships with the guests, Team Members, and tenants. Responding and resolving front-of-house Guest issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting in conducting monthly tenant meetings to provide property updates and forecasted business volumes.
  • Maintaining required inventories for all outlets and conducting monthly inventory.
  • Overseeing food preparation, portion sizes and the overall presentation of food.
  • Inspecting all outlets for supplies, equipment, and work areas to be in compliance with Graton Resort & Casino's safety standards. Maintaining awareness of all safety and security procedures relevant to all outlets in the Marketplace, ensuring knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Complying with Board of Health Standards and ensuring cleanliness of all outlet areas.
  • Interviewing, hiring and training new Team Members.
  • Evaluating and overseeing job performance by holding all Marketplace Team Members accountable for job duties, tasks, policies, and procedures.
