Supporting the General Manager, you help oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy (and satisfied!).
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
- Ability to taste-test products for quality
- Cash handling and customer service experience required
- Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred)
- 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
- Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Step in to manage the store in the absence of the General Manager
