About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group, is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for restaurant management, with a fast track to General Manager. The role supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations and includes leading team members, serving customers, maintaining operational standards, and helping manage staffing, inventory, cash, and profitability. Training is provided. The position pays $18.50 per hour with growth potential, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service every shift.
• Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
• Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
• Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
