About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves supervising and developing employees, maintaining an efficient and compliant store, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales and profitability goals. The manager is also responsible for keeping the restaurant clean, safe, inviting, and aligned with Domino’s quality and appearance standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities
