About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11517 Shelbyville Rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing digital orders
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to. From being on time for your shift, to having a great attitude to customers and co-workers and even how you dress - you have to have high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain financial records
  • Train and develop new team members
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the store manager to improve overall store performance
  • Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
