About The Position

This is a position that carries a great deal of broad responsibility for ensuring the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice, including: opening and closing, patient scheduling, patient/client relations, quality assurance, optical sales, mentoring and coaching others, guiding team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performance, and serving as a role model.

  • Experienced in optical practice operations
  • Experienced in optical sales
  • Familiarity with optical/eyewear/fashion trends
  • Able to think and act quickly on your feet
