About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, Florida. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, helping maintain occupancy and achieve financial goals while building resident and community relationships.

The role includes assisting with the direction and development of site personnel and being on-call as scheduled by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
