About The Position

The Assistant Manager role is primarily focused on leading a team to a successful day, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience. The Assistant Manager will assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level, manage the location, evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement, and maintain product knowledge. The role requires a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills who is driven and enjoys interacting with people.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• 4 years: Customer Service
• 1 year: Management
• 3 years: Cashier

Nice To Haves

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
