About The Position

Domino’s and Team Honey Badger are seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and develop toward a General Manager role. The position is full-time, with a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week and a stated hourly compensation of $15, with growth potential. Training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. Assistant Managers help lead the restaurant team, maintain customer service and food standards, and contribute to staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, profitability, and sales growth. The role requires weekend availability and flexibility to work opening or closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
