Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Lead a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and handle customer concerns with a positive personality.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Prepare product according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
Utilize navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Accurately and quickly perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change.
Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
