About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus)
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Background in customer service, retail, sales, or events is helpful (not required)
• No management experience required — full training provided

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of outreach campaigns and event teams
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating team members and volunteers
• Help plan and execute community events, fundraisers, and marketing initiatives
• Monitor team performance and track campaign metrics and results
• Ensure high-quality customer and community engagement experiences
• Represent the organization professionally at events and outreach programs
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve team and organizational goals
