Assists in managing and directing workforce to achieve sales and profit goals. Assists in evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the locations sales volume. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to employees regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Be familiar with all equipment and workflow processes at the location and help ensure operational programs and processes run effectively. Help with employee training and operational excellence. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Assists in leading and directing the work of others. Limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position is a hands-on training and shadowing position for development and possible advancement to a General Manager. Typically reports to a General Manager.
