About The Position

Marcus Theatres is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager at Majestic Of Brookfield. The role is part of the theatre leadership team and focuses on creating a positive moviegoing experience, supporting associates, and helping the theatre operate smoothly. Starting pay is $15 per hour, and a $250 sign-on bonus is offered. Shifts vary. The position offers free movies and meals, with additional benefits and paid vacation available to full-time associates working 30 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests by greeting them, anticipating their needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
• Supervise, motivate, reward, and coach associates.
• Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and associate development.
• Evaluate key performance indicators to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic into the theatre.
• Follow direction from theatre and corporate management teams.
