About The Position

The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing all employees. The role includes operating equipment, handling ingredients and product preparation, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position also includes delivery-related requirements. Employees must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have a two-year driving history. Their motor vehicle record is checked for safe driving and must meet company standards. Current liability insurance is required at all times, seatbelt use is mandatory while driving for the company, and personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection. Drivers may be required to use a cartop sign unless their vehicle does not accept the cartop fittings.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and a two-year driving history.
Have a motor vehicle record that demonstrates safe driving and conforms to company standards.
Maintain current liability insurance at all times.
Always wear a seatbelt while driving for the company.
Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection.
