About The Position

Jamba Hawaii is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help grow sales, create positive guest experiences, and keep store operations running smoothly. The role is part of the leadership team and works with higher management to maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. The Assistant General Manager leads and supports team members, manages daily operations, and helps ensure each shift delivers a high-quality guest experience with an aloha spirit.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 6 months of experience as a Jamba Shift Manager, or 1–2 years in a supervisory role in food service or retail.
Experience supervising line staff and management positions.
TB clearance obtained within 12 months before the start date.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible availability for all shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move throughout the shift.
Comfort working in cold environments, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft applications and POS systems.
Ability to taste-test products for quality.
Cash-handling and customer-service experience.
Current food-handler certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and POS systems.

Nice To Haves

General knowledge of the food industry or nutrition terminology.
