About The Position

The Assistant Manager runs shifts, provides excellent customer service, works toward store goals, assists the General Manager with business operations, and leads team members on shift. The role upholds company policies and the Domino’s brand image, and requires completing Pizza College courses and other required training programs. This hourly position involves consistently working 40 or more hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass CMS Welcome to Management Courses.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certification as required by the area.
• Ability to consistently work 40 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent the brand image and company policies.
• Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment and work toward service and store goals.
• Assist the General Manager with business operations.
• Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image standards.
• Use store equipment, including tending the oven, and follow safety standards.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
• Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
• Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Learn and implement company marketing tools.
• Manage store cleanliness and follow board of health standards.
• Lead team members to achieve store goals.
• Complete Pizza College courses and any additional required training programs.
