Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Demonstrated proficiency in money management and cash handling
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all store procedures are followed consistently and efficiently
Manage and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing coaching, feedback, and support for professional development
Handle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and financial accountability
Interact professionally with customers and employees, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards throughout your shift
Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices
Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with transparency and empathy
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
Collaborate with management to implement store initiatives and achieve sales goals
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
