About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads store operations during scheduled shifts and is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees, and ensuring that customers receive friendly service and accurate products. Assistant Managers may progress through management training toward becoming a Store Manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
