About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the Domino’s team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role leads shifts, supports team members, and assists the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training and advancement to General Manager may be available based on performance and open positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
