About The Position

Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise that strives to bring a smile to everyone's face by serving the community with fresh, fast, and hot product. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift, managing costs and profits, overseeing inventory, leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, building and mentoring the crew, managing documents, and executing marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, operating all equipment, managing ingredient flow from delivery to storage, and taking phone orders efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Must be available 7 days a week with varying shifts.
