About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking customer orders (phone and in-person), inventory management, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Essential skills include strong communication, basic math for monetary transactions, computer/touch screen order entry, and good motor coordination. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in confined spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, occasional climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination. Delivery duties require a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while walking and climbing stairs. The role also involves driving in various weather conditions and requires far and night vision.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
