About The Position
The Assistant Manager oversees all activity during a scheduled shift and is responsible for store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role sets the tone and example for the store and includes managing a team of 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, helping ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The position involves serving customers, preparing products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, delivering orders safely and courteously, operating the cash register, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance. Stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays; schedules are described as flexible, and candidates must be willing to work when needed.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Ability to use judgment, perform math, and multitask.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- At least 18 years old.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Maintain punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards for appearance and conduct.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.

- Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly customer service, including answering the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
