About The Position

Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for ensuring that team members follow company policies and procedures while maintaining quality, service, and store standards. It requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager also performs duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Experts.

Requirements

• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings.
• Be able to drive in adverse weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
• Have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Be willing to conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Be able to work alone and with others.
• Desire to meet high quality-control standards in fast-paced circumstances.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Be able to make correct monetary change.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Have strong hand-eye coordination.
• Be able to receive instructions and complete tasks within a specified period.
• Be able to remain standing for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to perform tasks involving crouching, bending, reaching, and infrequent ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls; product quality; store image; customer relations; and service times.
• Lead by example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from the team.
• Train team members.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels during the shift.
• Manage inventory and control cash.
• Complete all required and requested reports.
• Perform all duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Experts.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the General Manager and above-store leadership.
