About The Position
Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an enthusiastic restaurant manager to oversee pizzeria operations. The role focuses on leading and developing employees, maintaining efficient and compliant operations, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability objectives. The manager is also responsible for keeping the store clean, safe, inviting, and aligned with quality standards. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to the Domino’s dress code.
- Work with hustle and energy in a fast-paced, efficient manner.
