Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a high-volume automotive service center
• Assist in managing technicians and service advisors
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Review inspections and help present repair recommendations
• Maintain workflow efficiency and shop productivity
• Help manage scheduling, inventory, and quality control
• Support hiring, training, and team development
