About The Position

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Surgical Services Team. Our ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of Surgical Services experience. We have a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice. This role is a Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, Day Shift position at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • 2 years staff nurse (RN) in an acute setting is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.
  • 2 years experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, or related position is preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required where necessary.
