Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and works to ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The assistant manager coaches and develops retail sales consultants so they can meet sales and service goals, with paid training provided to support leadership success. The position is based at 1520 Deer Park Ave, North Babylon, New York, and is listed as 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Ability to take initiative and create results.
Responsibilities
