Supports the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree (BS BA) desired.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling employees, while overseeing daily operations.
  • Support sales performance and customer service through ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Address operational and customer issues promptly. Supports business needs by performing additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
  • Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance and implement merchandising programs as directed to attract customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards, and assist with reporting.
