Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk - TULSA, OK (SOUTH TOWN)
About The Position
Supports the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. The Assistant Retail Store Manager assists in training, supervising, and scheduling employees, while overseeing daily operations. They support sales performance and customer service through ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. They address operational and customer issues promptly and support business needs by performing additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. They maintain the corporate standard of store appearance and implement merchandising programs as directed to attract customers. They also ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards, and assist with reporting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

- Bachelors degree (BS BA) desired.
