About The Position

This role involves performing complete process simulations using Autoform R12.0 software to check the manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts. The Assistant Manager will provide suggestions on die face and part modification to achieve First time Right Engineering and plan compensation strategies based on spring back analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
• 2-4 Yrs General Experience
• Knowledge of material properties, stress-strain curve, FLD curve for Steel, Aluminium, HSS, AHSS & UHSS materials
• Experience and knowledge in Stamping Die manufacturing process
• Checking manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts
• Perform complete process simulation in Autoform R12.0 software
• Able to provide suggestions on die face and part modification to achieve First time Right Engineering
• Achieve 100% green simulation with operation wise Spring back Analysis and compensation strategy planning
