OpportuntiesRoles we will be hiring for soon: Assistant General Manager A key partner to the General Manager—supporting shop operations, leading the team, and helping drive performance, culture, and guest experience. Target hourly pay range: $28.22–$31.50 Shift Coordinators Frontline leaders who guide each shift, support teammates in real time, and ensure an incredible guest experience. Hourly pay: $19.00 + tips Scoopers & Seasonal Scoopers The heart of the shop—the friendly faces creating joy, connection, and unforgettable moments for every guest.   • Tips for Shift Coordinators and Scoopers: Base pay + pooled tips, which typically average $8–$9/hr (Based on historical shop performance—actual tips may vary)
