About The Position

This is a part-time Assistant Manager position for a self-storage facility. The role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, general property care, cleaning, and maintenance, accurate payment processing, and cash handling. The position requires engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience and involves spending time both inside an office and outside on the property. Travel is expected for training and other work-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center (effective 5/7/25)
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required
• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
