Requirements

• One to three years of jewelry retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Explain features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales.
• Create business through various methods of clienteling.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations based on company sales training.
• Work with the sales team to address customer objections and close additional sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
