About The Position

Come join our amazing Team at the Stonewater Cove Resort, a luxurious 38-unit property on Table Rock Lake in the beautiful hills of the Missouri Ozarks! Our property is located on nearly 500 acres of hills, forest and lakefront. It is the perfect location for outdoor adventures with zip-lines, ATV trails, fishing, and boating available. You’ll be working alongside approximately 60 fellow Team Members who are dedicated to providing memorable vacation experiences to our Owners and Guests- we can’t wait for you to join us! The Asst Restaurant F&B Manager will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation with a heavy focus on food preparation and menu development. This position will also work with activities department to provide food related activities to resort guests.

  • Experience managing seasonal, high-volume, and diverse teams.
  • Strong coaching, training, and performance-management skills.
  • Ability to foster a service-driven culture aligned with resort brand standards.
  • Resort Operations & Service Excellence: Ability to deliver consistent guest experiences across varying service levels and peak occupancy periods.
  • Ability to adapt service flow to fluctuating guest volume and resort activities.
  • Guest Relations & Hospitality Focus: Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining resort hospitality standards.
  • Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to personalize service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial & Business Management: Ability to manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs within resort budgets.
  • Experience reviewing sales reports, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Ability to drive revenue through upselling.
  • Understanding of inventory management for food, beverage, and supplies.
  • Compliance, Safety & Quality Control: Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, injury prevention, and hazard awareness.
  • Experience conducting inspections and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure resort environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to manage changing guest needs and staffing challenges.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly while maintaining service quality.
  • Technology & Administrative Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to complete scheduling, payroll, reporting, and documentation accurately.

  • Knowledge of EcoSure program is a plus.
  • Prior knowledge working with InfoGenesis and Open Table is a plus.
