Our Respite Center supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, solving problems, staying organized, and creating a safe, engaging environment for participants. As the Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Respite Manager to coordinate weekend respite services, support Direct Support Professionals, communicate with families, and ensure quality care for the individuals we serve. When the Respite Manager is unavailable, you'll step into a leadership role, overseeing program operations and serving as the on-call leader during weekends.
