Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Resident Relations Manager or Property Manager in multi-family properties, with prior leasing experience
Proficiency in Yardi property management software
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work weekends
Valid U.S. Driver's License required
Background check, credit check and E-Verify required

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for residents, addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
Assist residents with leasing and renewing leases to help meet occupancy goals
Manage incoming leads and conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents
Coordinate vendor services, schedule maintenance and repair work, and keep residents informed of service disruptions
Organize and participate in resident events and activities to foster community
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and vendor services
