Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Resident Relations Manager or Property Manager in multi-family properties, with prior leasing experience
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work weekends
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required
- Background check, credit check and E-Verify required
Nice To Haves
- experience with other property management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for residents, addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist residents with leasing and renewing leases to help meet occupancy goals
- Manage incoming leads and conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents
- Coordinate vendor services, schedule maintenance and repair work, and keep residents informed of service disruptions
- Organize and participate in resident events and activities to foster community
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and vendor services
