About The Position

This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the PTED process, including various types of Pumps, Body handling systems, conveyors, and Roller beds used in the PTCED process. The position also involves maintaining supporting equipment such as filter presses, Oil separators, Multi Hydrocyclones, Separators, hydraulic power packs, and cleaning equipment. A key aspect of this role is upholding equipment through the TPM Methodology, planning maintenance tasks, and managing spare parts for daily maintenance and overhauling. The role also requires basic knowledge of energy management and monitoring/controlling process equipment to ensure in-process and product quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-7 Years General Experience
• Critical Experience in System Generated Core Skills
• System Generated Secondary Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of PTED process
• Upkeeping of different types of Pumps, Body handling systems, conveyors, Roller beds etc. used in PTCED process
• Maintaining of supporting equipments like filter presses, Oil seperators, Multi Hydrocyclones, Seperators, hydraulic power packs, cleaning equipments etc.
• Upkeeping of the equipments through TPM Methodology
• Planning Maintenance tasks and activities for routine and planned maintenance on weekly PM and shutdowns
• Spares planning and scheduling required for day to day maintenance. Preparing BOM for equipment overhauling
• Increasing spare part time for equipments to improve MTBF and reduce PM time
• Basic knowledge of Energy Management.(Monitoring and control)
• Monitoring and control of process equipment to ensure in Process & Product Quality
